I have booked a hotel in varanasi through make my trip. The hotel name is double tree hilton. There was a medical emergency at my home due to which we had to cancel the booking. The same was informed to make my trip and it was promised that since its a medical emergency the refund post 5% deduction will be given. Till date no refund is received and make my trip is not responding.
