Hello,

I recently ordered a product in Meesho-
Order #216711159368356096
Was not delivered, but as per meesho its showing 'delivered on NOV 8 2025'. I paid partial amount 262 from meesho balance and remaining amount for COD.

I raised complaint regarding the issue, Customer support informed complaint has be raised kindly wait, on Nov 17th i reached again to Customer support as i dint get any update on the complaint they told to wait.
when i checked the issue status yesterday its closed, i reached out to Customer support and asked they are like amount refunded,
But my Meesho balance doesn't show any refunded amount.

Customer support is not helpful with issue.
