Greetings, myself Abhirami, I had stayed at a pg in Karol Bagh called Prustel Living Sarojini Naidu House, Delhi. I had stayed in the pg for 11 months which was also my lock in period. While I was vacating on 27th May 2025, the warden then had told me the security deposit will be credited after 45 days of vacating and I had given in written a letter of the same. After 3 months, I still get no response from the management. I tried reaching every possible person of that pg administration, all they have to say is either ‘you haven’t informed us while you left’ or ‘I’ll get back to you in two days’. I never got a call back or any update about my money.
I am a student who is preparing for an exam, I need my money for my tuition fees. Please kindly help me in this.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Owner of the Prustel Living Sarojini Naidu House, formally requesting them to refund the deposited amount. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.
