Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request a refund for a failed ticket transaction that occurred during my journey with KSRTC on November 27, 2025.
I traveled from Bangalore to Nellyadi on KSRTC Bus No. KA21-F0277 and attempted to purchase my ticket via UPI payment at 9:23 AM. The payment was successful, but due to a technical issue on your end, the ticket was not generated.

Time: 9:23 AM
Upon informing the conductor, he asked me to show him the screenshot of the successful payment, which I showed him at 9:31 AM. The conductor then informed me that as per their instructions, the refund would be processed within 24 hours. he then asked me to purchase another ticket.
Accordingly, I purchased another ticket but this time I paid with 'Cash' at 9:49 AM.
However, despite the passing of 24 hours, I have not yet received my refund. I also contacted the BC road depot, where I was again assured that the amount would be refunded within 24 hours. When I followed up, they failed to provide a specific timeframe for the refund.
