Sir, I have raised the return reuqest on 15/11/2025 due to size issue as there is no product available for exchange. Everytime after raising the return request the delivery logistic company delhivery cancels the return pickup without coming for picking it up. I called the delhivery and raised the issue but i got an answer that merchant is cancelling the return order so delhivery can't do anything about it. I have flipkart plus and black membership even though i am facing the same problem every time after raising the return request on portal. I talked to your customer care executive but they shows their helplessness, you can check the record how many times i had talk with your executives. So please refund my money and pick the parcel. I am attaching the screenshots of mails and messages.
