i have taken samsung tab from flipkart on 12-08-2026 as open box delivery
as pakage was good and i thougt product will also be good product has opend by me and checked outside
as i used for almost 10 days battery was draining and charging was not charged to tab. so i thought the issues is from our side and changed the adapter and checked
but the problem was same and suddenly it is not working but return time was completed so they denied to take the piece
so i went to the samsung care As rao nagar branch they checked the piece and said it is a used piece and some item has burnt
so i asked him to replace and they said that charges of 835 rs so i paid and get it done
but the thing is product is faulty and product was used almost 5 yrs ago and they sold to me now used product in flipkart and they mentioned that it is a brand new product
