On 10th august 2026, I had ordered 2 quantity of mattresses of 78 x 60 inch queen size mattress of Restofit make and paid amount through credit card of amount Rs. 15182. its expected delivery date was 15th august 2026, and one mattress i received on 14th august 2026. but second mattress i have not received. so i waited till 21st August 2026 as delivery date was keep on extending. So on 21st august 2026, I called customer care about the issues, so Flipkart executive cancelled the order and initiated for refund. and its been told refund will be credited before 28th august 2026. but after two days that means on 23rd august when i checked status of refund on Flipkart app, it was showing the refund cancelled. so again I called customer care, so they again initiated refund and gave me next resolution date of 3rd September 2026. but again refund got cancelled. then again i called customer care, so again they gave me resolution date of 6th September. but still no action. so again after calling they gave resolution date of 8th September 2026. and still no action till date and refund has been received.
I get contacted to Restofit (seller)customer care, they told me that we have received amount of only one mattress from Flipkart. and they send me screenshot of mail send by seller to Flipkart on 3rd September 2026 saying to proceed payment and initiate the dispatch of 2nd mattress. and told to revert within 24 hours.
But on this mail also Flipkart did not revert and gave them any type of resolution to seller also and kept matter hanging throughout
this almost 20 days.
Even when call customer care, they are unable to tell the exact status of the said issue. they only give next date and tell us to wait.
I am open to both option that is receiving ordered mattress or refund.
Kindly look into the matter.
