We have purchased Godrej Air Conditioner through Flipkart on Bajaj Finance card. After a week AC was making abnormal noise, so we decided to replace the item and convience Godrej head office in Vadodara for the replacement. Hence we have officially went for replacement on 18/08/2026 and Godrej Head office AHM named Mr. Dhruv assured us that we will get the AC ASAP. But we are still waiting for the AC. So we asked them for the refund, but they refused for it. They also removed installed AC, so neither we got replacement AC nor the current AC. Moreover we also made full payment of the AC through Bajaj Finance card. So Godrej people not taking the full responsibility to deliver good customer satisfaction. Hence I want to raise the complain on Mr Dhruv and also want componsation for mental harrasment.
