Coaching Center Request for Cancellation and Refund – Planet Spark Course Subscription

I paid Rs. 45,100 to Planet Spark for classes, but i didnt do the enrollment cancelled the classes next day before I could join. I am asking for a refund.

I have raised a complaint from to refund admission fee as have credit card limit issues. Requested them to cancel our enrollment but no response and the counselor tried to degrade us.
No response even after raising a complaint.

I cancelled the planet Spark classes after first class, as my kid doesn't want to sit in front of Laptop screen. When I contacted Planet Spark they are denying to refund and asking me to convince kid to sit infront of Laptop. Could anyone of you please guide if anyone got the refund or file any case with consumer court?
