I hope this message finds you well. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the ongoing issues surrounding my warranty/service process.
I had ordered a SAMSUNG Micro SDXC w/SD Adaptor Evo Plus EVO PLUS 256 (Order No:OD438150241207900100) on 27th July. after few days its been not working and I’ve made numerous attempts to resolve the issue.
I have already contacted the flipkart customer support team, who conveniently passed the issue off to the samsung support team(servicekch@supertronindia.com) I’ve also reached out to multiple times via email, and i contact B2B(b2b.care@samsung.com) customer support team but they are not accept my service request and also they are telling service not available for my serial number of my product,only selected product of manufactures,when i check the policy its not mentioned at anywhere. This level of delay and ignorance is simply unacceptable and unprofessional
This ongoing delay and poor customer service are completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter:
This issue is not getting resolved, I will have no choice but to raise my concerns with the consumer court and take further legal action.
I have sent an email to Amazon as well and keeping this mail.
