my concern regarding my recent order placed to "The Jaipur Kurtis" on 29/10/2025 for the "Red Lahriya Sat Kurti with Matching Pajama" (Order No. NS044DA11AF3C7059C), for which I made an online payment of ₹850.
The item was delivered on 02/11/2025 against Invoice No. 26-MS922-0005755 dated 29/10/2025. However, the product received does not match the item I ordered. I initiated a return request on 03/11/2025, but the item has not yet been picked up.
Despite waiting patiently, there has been no update or action taken.
