Dear Team,
I have been struggling calling FLIPKART SOLD Sansui team 080-69290890 | 080-4547109 ( as flipkart) from 25 May 2026 and unable to get the my refund / replacement of the product Mixer grinder.
I have called more than 30+ times till now and I have been told from 25 May 2026 yet I have always told to wait for 48 hrs and still the warranty claim in not closed.Inspite of speaking to multiple escalation every time this is not being closed.
Flipkart ans Sansui team is very ignorant in customer warranty complaint and intentionally delaying to process my claim.
Sansui complaint no CLAFLK253308699358312.
Need to get refund of the product and collect the warranty product if required.
NEED SUPPORT TO FILE CASE.
This has become mental trauma and met with accident while speaking to Sansui customer care and had shoulder damage.
Need compensation for mental stress.
