I was booking the air tickets from sastasafer.com and just as I made the payment, I recieved a call after 5 minutes from the agency. The person over the call informed that my booking was not done because of the price change and gave me two options 1) refund the payment and 2) Manual booking. I asked to cancel the booking and refund my payment. But within 5 minutes, they just send me a random ticket that does not have the genuine information related to confirmed booking as I tried checking on the airlines websites. I have also come across a judgement against the same agency on a case which seems similar to mine from the consumer court. The copy is attached in the supporting docs. I requested them to provide the genuine tickets or refund my money. But there is no response on this. I have also requested SBI bank to reverse that UPI payment and they said it will take 12 weeks time to look into the matter and verify. I request you to please look into the matter and get my money back.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Sasta Safar a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
