I was ordering from savana since 5-6 years via post paid order..but this time I opted for prepaid order ... ordered 7 items out which 2 were missing. It was a total mess from day one as at first my order was delayed with 15 days so received a message from savana of late Transit so I Waited patiently.then after few days a recieved a call from delivery agent who reached to wrong address so I corrected him ,he assured me to deliver the next day but no delivery happened when I complaint to th savana team then only I got my delivery with that of products missing.and when I tried complaining and wanting a solution they provided me with the email of everything good from there end. I lost 1300 rupee.
