I had booked a bus ride with SBM transport from thanjavur to chennai on 6-April-2026. Below are the ticket details

The transport agency has sent a faulty bus. AC is not working. No clear information about alternate bus arrangemnt. The driver does not have any clear instruction from agency.the driver also mentions some compressor issue in the bus.
The customer care number of the agency or the ticketing partner (Abhibus.com( are bot responding

When passengers requested to open emergency exits (roof window of bus) for air circulation, the emergency exits are not
Opening when operated as instructed. This has created physical and mental stress to approx 35 passengers who booked a sleeper AC bus for a comfortable travel. Also with the emergency exit not working, the passengers are concerned about the safety of the bus. No safety inspection followed as promised. No clear information given on alternate arrangements. The bus is on its way to Trichy without any clear information or commitment from the agency for a replacement.
