I recently visited an instagram ad that led me to a website by the name of desivideshi.in, where I placed an order on COD for an adjustable Polaroid sunglasses, but then today I received a normal, cheap, low quality round sunglasses, which was not even close to what I ordered.
 
Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
