I booked a RSRTC Semi Deluxe bus ticket from Ajmer to Jalore, scheduled to depart at 14:30 PM on 02 April 2026, for which a total amount of ₹ 385.00 was paid online.
I reported at Roadways Bus Stand Ajmer well before the departure time and I saw. The Reserved Semi Deluxe bus was not there, and no travel information or boarding message was received. On enquiring at the bus stand, an ordinary Blue Line Bus was there to depart Jalore instead of Semi deluxe bus. The Conductor of bus told me, that there was some FAST Tag issue regarding the reserved semi deluxe bus so you should travel that alternate Blue Line bus. And no overpaid amount refunded to me.

As per Semi deluxe bus schedule there are only five stoppage between Ajmer to Jalore, but the Blu Line bus has many stoppage including interior villages. The journey was not comfortable. I am a 64 year old senior citizen & I travel with my wife, by this journey, we suffer from back pain & mental harassment.

I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly direct RSRTC to:
Refund the fare paid for semi deluxe bus journey.

Provide compensation of Rs. 5000-00 for inconvenience and mental agony
Supporting documents (Photo of ticket No. 321025134, Semi Deluxe bus schedule, photo of blue line bus.) can be provided as required.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
