I would like to inform you that I am differently abled person running mobile phone recharge and SIM sales shop at Mangalur Village, Veppur Tk, Cuddalore Dt since last 6 years.
In the year 2024, I have agreement with Airtel by affidavit to sell SIM card, recharge, provide missed SIM replacement requested by customers. But recent months Airtel doesn't provide me EC balance, SIM swap option, and SIM cards which is prime service by distributor mentioned in Affidavit.
So it is purely knows that the distributor ( Samridhi Agencies, Tholudur, Owner: Mr Senthil) violation of norms mentioned in affidavit which leads me to file consumer grievance redressal petition to you.
Please take necessary action and do the needful. I attached herewith the LAPU list of officials.
