I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Delhivery courier service regarding the non-delivery of my shipment (AWB: 2827787009354).

The shipment was picked up on 9th May 2026, and as of 21st May 2026, it has still not been delivered. This is an unacceptable delay of over 12 days, with no clear accountability from the service provider.

Key Issues:​

  • The tracking system is misleading, as it updates the delivery date every day without any real progress
  • There is no transparency regarding the current location of the parcel
  • Customer care support is highly unprofessional — every time I contact them, I receive the same scripted response stating “24–48 hours required”
  • Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, no concrete action has been taken
  • There is a complete lack of ownership and resolution

Impact:​

This shipment contains important items, and the continuous delay along with false assurances has caused:

  • Mental stress
  • Loss of time due to repeated follow-ups
  • Loss of trust in the service
