I have a 3 kW rooftop solar system installed under the Surya Gujarat Scheme SG2019-20 by Bright Solar Ltd. on 26/08/2020.
Multiple solar panels have developed internal cracks/damage and the solar generation has also reduced significantly.
I have repeatedly contacted Bright Solar Ltd., but they are not responding or providing proper technical support.
My warranty certificate mentions a 25-year solar panel performance warranty.
I request appropriate intervention and direction to the concerned company/authority to inspect the system, conduct an EL test if required, and resolve the issue under the applicable warranty.
I am attaching the warranty certificate, installer details and photographs of the affected panels.
