We booked domestic travel tour package for 2 years and was promised one way flight booking, reservation. We meet them in chai house Indiranagar Bangalore after we purchased car and they contacted to meet with them and showed us the tour packages. They asked us to book 15 days prior and we booked 2 months prior and today we were supposed to receive details for reservation to go for Darjeeling tour tomorrow and there is no response about tickets or reservation details. We have booked return tickets and this has cost us lot of loss mentally and financially. We would be very greatful to get our refund.
