Dear Moongoddess Couture Team,
I am writing this final email regarding my order #869757,which I placed and paid for on December 9, 2025.
It has now been several months since my purchase, and I have still neither received the dress nor any reliable update regarding its shipment. Your failure to deliver the product or provide a proper resolution despite my previous attempts to contact you amounts to a severe deficiency in service.
Consider this a final demand for a full refund of 1122.46 to my original payment method.
If I do not receive confirmation of the processed refund within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally. This will include filing a formal consumer grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and raising a formal chargeback/fraud dispute with my bank and payment provider.
I expect an immediate response and resolution.
