I am filing this complaint against Suhana Creation (online shopping website) regarding Order #10762 placed on 04 January 2026. I ordered Sawan suit set in XL size.
The item delivered is completely different from what I ordered. It also has stains on it. The size, colour, and model do not match the product shown on the website or mentioned in my order confirmation. I had ordered the “Sawan Suit Set – Size XL”, but received an entirely incorrect product.
After receiving the wrong item, I checked the website to initiate a refund, but there is no refund or return option available. I have already contacted customer support via email and their WhatsApp number, but there has been no response so far. When I tried calling on their number, Truecaller showed me messages from other customers claiming that the seller is fraud and they have also suffered the same issue.
One more noticeable point is that I placed the order on 04.01.2026 where on the receipt they had mentioned order date as 06.01.2026. I have attached everything here for reference.
This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and violation of consumer rights. I am requesting:
1. A full refund of the paid amount, OR
2. Immediate return pickup and refund processing
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I request appropriate action against the seller as per rules. consumer protection laws.
