I would like to file a complaint against Suhana creation who scammed me with delivering the wrong items on Jan 28th, 2026.
My Order number : 17184, Item was: Orange Viscose Georgetta With Golden Buti × 1 L size, with COD(Cash on Delivery) of 1100 rupees.

I placed the order on Jan 20th and Item was delivered to me on Jan 28th, 2026 through Bluedart. I received completely wrong kurtis apart from the ones I ordered. So I tried to place a return through their website , also tried through my phone, but there was no option to place a return at all.

How to Initiate a Return
Online Returns: To initiate a return, log in to your account on our website and go to the "Order History" section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.
Guest Returns: If you made a purchase as a guest, please contact our customer service team at suhanacreation.help@gmail.com to initiate a return. "
However, its a complete fraud and they scammed me, I paid through Gpay to the delivery guy and tried contacting their customer service number which does not work. They do not response to their emails too. So I reached them through insta and whatsapp to check for a return of the wrong items for refund of my amount and shared all the details of the order along with the screenshots of all the details, again no response. They instead blocked me on insta and no response at all.
I'd like to file a complaint against them and seek fair justice for the refund of my amount of 1100. ALso kindly help in reporting their account and website as they're scamming the public like this.
