I have purchase Suzuki Burgman from TRINITY SUZUKI and it is under warranty.
One part named Drum/Rim of back side wheel Perish due to faulty of workmanship.
The dealer's People agreeing But the company people denied by saying that is not cover under warranty.
I request you to the needful.

Today the company people mail me that the spare is damaged due to water entry.
Where I want to inform you that there is no entry of water in any case they are just trying to escape.

Some days before they agreed that the spare should be replace and now, they are trying to escape.
