This is to bring in your kind attention that we have been facing mental harassment by Symphony Air Cooler Company.
In Spite of making so many visits to our home, the representatives of Company keeps repeating the same dialogue that we don't have the parts right now.
The Symphony Air Cooler can't just run away from the responsibility of repairing the product which they have manufactured.
It is my humble request to responsible authorities that they kindly look into this
matter on an urgent basis and please provide a feasible solution to our prolong
problem.
