The new Faber Gas cook top glass broke with a blast. Faber are not replacing the unit

I bought the Faber gas stove from the army canteen in December 2024, but yesterday it automatically exploded and my 3-year-old child sustained minor injuries. However, Faber does not want to replace my unit even though my product is still under warranty. I launched a complaint with Faber customer care but did not get a good response. Very poor customer satisfaction by Faber. I am very disappointed and think the army canteen should cancel the dealership of such dangerous products from the Faber company. Thanks.
