I had booked a travel booking through thrillophilia travel company (CIN:U63040RJ2009PTC028658, Registration No:28658, NIC Code: 6304)
on date: 15th April, for 'full Italy Tour'. they charged me 2,65,712/- rupees. Their visa team told me that, Italy visa cannot be applied due to less time.
They told me that they will make an appointment for the Switzerland embassy. and make an itinerary for Swiss-Italy cities each 7-8 days.

they told me that the itinerary will be fake/dummy. travel tickets will be dummy. other documents given by them as per visa checklist, like cover letter, travel insurance letter, accommodation letter,. all financial documents, NOC were presented by me like last 3 month paylist and ITR for last 2 years. I collected all the documents and submitted them to the Swiss embassy, as they told me.

VISA appointment was on 17th March and after a week I got a letter saying your visa is rejected with reason a "the information submitted regarding the justification for purpose and conditions of intended stay was not reliable.", visa application Number: CHE-A-007845917, examined by embassy of Switzerland in Delhi on 19-3-2025.

thrillophilia visa team had assisted me advising all documents as per visa checklist and took appointment for me. they did not verified documents before visa appointment. cover letter was provided by them, didnt had mention of their company name, it had mention of swiss cities. there was no description of travel details per date, accomodation stay per city, personal details mentioned. I as first time tourist outside india trusted them completely and did what they asked.

Since my visa was rejected, i had to cancel my booking and postpone my 4th june Italy trip. They charged me 50,000/- extra for this rescheduling. making booking aamount now as 2,81,112/-.It was unnecessary charged money, since visa rejection was completely due to thrillophilia visa team's ignorance. as I was helpless and they took advantage of my situation. The cancellation of the trip was due to the visa team's ignorance and mistreatment towards my application. when i requested for cancellation of whole booking and requested for refund, they told they dont have policy for refund and have to reschedule trip. I want to cancel the whole trip now and get a refund from thrillophilia for this trip. i.e. refund of my full payment 2,81,112/ rupees.
