This side riyazuddin.. actually I took the plan for 3 years from w international company.. while taking the money they did a lot of buttering took the money and when we asked them took book the hotel they turned giving non sense reason this property not available pay 10 thousand again for next 3 days as AMC and all... And this AMC amount and all was not mentioned earlier they even not let us the paper took it very fast by making us fool that time is running and all and now they are not returning are money they did a big fraud with us

Step: 3 -Notarize the Affidavit and the Event file.

Step: 6 -Create an account on E-Jagriti portal.
Step: 7 -Submit new case.
Step: 8 -Upload the documents on E-Jagriti portal.
Step: 9 -Pay the court/processing fee.
