I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the rejection of my train-to-bus coupon.
As per the offer terms, the bus arrival city must be within 100 km of the train's original destination station. Based on my understanding of the eligibility criteria, I booked my bus journey accordingly. However, when I attempted to apply the coupon, the system displayed the following error message:
"Oops! The bus arrival city must be within 100 km of the train's original destination station."
Despite my efforts to verify the booking details and eligibility conditions, the coupon continues to be rejected.

Ok let it be tell me why I didn't even received the refund from Make My Trip for the ticket which was cancelled by irctc

Whenever I book tickets directly from IRCTC i get my refund back

See this i mailed the redressal officers of make my trip and they didn't reply me back not only this They took my refund also as well as they didn't provide any coupon I have given extra money for coupon that is gone too and also due to waiting list the money was refunded to make my trip by irctc and make my trip took that money also
