I truly appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. Uber Decor was founded last year with a passion for creating high-quality, handcrafted furniture and decor. As a growing business, we are constantly working to improve our services and ensure a great experience for our customers.

Regarding the mentioned orders:
  • Saniya Sathi’s order has been fully cancelled and refunded.
  • Kshitija’s order has been shipped recently.
  • Priyanka Sharma’s complaint seems to be a deliberate attempt to misrepresent our company. Unfortunately, despite her order being ready for delivery, she refused to accept it, misbehaved with our staff, and even threatened to defame our brand online— which is the reason she initiated this thread.
We understand that as a relatively new business, we may not have a large customer service team, but we always strive to keep our customers informed with regular updates. There is absolutely no case of fraud—we fulfill 100% of all confirmed orders, and if any order is not completed within 60 working days, we provide a 100% refund.

Since we specialize in made-to-order products, each piece takes time to be carefully crafted before being shipped. We kindly request customers to review our production timelines before placing an order.

We would like to respectfully close this matter and reassure new customers that Uber Decor is a legitimate and trustworthy business. For those who prefer an in-person experience, we warmly welcome you to visit our offline store and factory to see our work firsthand. Dear Ms Leena Mehta,

I am writing to you after 2 months of placing my order #1882 and being told that my order has been shipped and AWB number shared twice. Both times the order does not even get picked and I am given excuses by Mr Varun that due to heavy rains all roads were jammed or he is unwell and not in office. Most of my calls go unanswered and if they pick up by mistake, they say we shall get back to you which never happens. Now when I googled about the reviews of this company, I came across this page where I find that I am not the only one. This is a regular thing that happens with Uber Decor it seems.
Anyways, I request you to kindly look into the actual status of this order and make sure it is sent to me or you may otherwise process my refund of Rs.44743.19 which was paid online through your website.

I faced the same issue and have been promised to get a refund on my order.
I had raised the ticket yesterday against the company on this portal.
Waiting to receive the refund.

First of all, I would like to inform you that I placed the order after speaking with you directly over calls, where you convinced me that the complaints against your company were irrelevant and only related to delivery delays. Based on that assurance, I went ahead and placed the order.


However, it has now been more than 20 days, and your sales team has only been giving me false assurances that the order has been dispatched, without providing any tracking details.


To add to the confusion, I have received contradictory statements from your team:


  • Mr. Varun informed me that the frame was dispatched without glasses and that your Mumbai vendor will fix the glass upon delivery.
  • On the other hand, Mr. Arbaz told me that the frame is ready with glasses.

This inconsistency, combined with the casual and unprofessional attitude of your sales staff (laughing during calls and shifting responsibility by saying "talk to that person"), has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.


I humbly but firmly request you to ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest without any further excuses. Please understand that because of the delay in receiving this Mirror Frame, our boutique opening has already been postponed, causing us considerable inconvenience and loss.


Kindly treat this matter with utmost urgency and provide me with the exact delivery status along with valid tracking details immediately.

One of the worst company , neither they delivered the item neither refunded the amount….fraud company
 
They are one of the fraduest company. I have ordered it On July 31st, order no : 1960, already paid 8499/- ….now they are not lifting the calls there is no proper tracking of the items, no reply for any msgs…I don’t know for how many people they are doing such fraudulent activity with peoples money.

We should file criminal case against this company for cheating people money.

This is not the right way to get the ordered money and then after few weeks , no items is getting delivered and neither no response from decor company, neither they will refund back the amount.

Very shameful act from decor company, getting the order and money , then no response from your team and dummy tracking details.

please don’t cheat people money like this, definitely criminal case should logged against your company for such fraudulent act and cheating people earned money
