Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I placed an order with bugario on 3rd September ; ID: 118241, after which I received neither any updates nor dispatch details on the order. I wrote to the customer care after 10 days to which I got a reply saying the product has not been dispatched and they are working on priority, after 8 days yet again there are no follow ups.
I have requested for refund, for which there is no reply.
Kindly help resolve this.
