I had bought a couple of pairs of shoes from Vegan Basics. Received one pair with a size issue. After submitting all the videos on email of the size issue, there was a promise for exchange, but no response after that. been almost 2 months now. Also the missing item has not even been acknowledged or refunded. Want to send them a legal notice. Not sure how

Absolute SCAM.
I bought from them and fell for the scam. They are ghosting me in terms of customer support. Sold me cheap crap.
Please do not fall of this.
 
Absolute scam.

They took payment and have not delivered the shoes. They are now unresponsive and ghosting. Upon raising a concern he becomes aggressive and blames the consumer.
