Unresolved EMI Payment Issue – Loan No. 110300007875

I made payment of my EMI of loan no. 110300007875 on 13th May 2025 from my ICICI Bank account through Billdesk. However, LICHFL declined the payment and issued a payment failure receipt (attached), despite the fact that the amount of ₹11,331 was debited from my account (proof attached via bank statement).


Upon discussion with ICICI Bank, I was informed that the payment was successfully settled with the biller on 15th May 2025, which is also confirmed via an official email from ICICI Bank (screenshot attached).


Despite multiple follow-ups:


  • I emailed CRO Mr. Prashant Awasthi on 27th May, but received no response.
  • I mailed to Avinash Ranjan Sir on 9th June 2025, but again, there has been no response.
  • I have also tried calling both officials multiple times but received no callbacks or answers.
  • I even called Mr. G. K. Singh, but the call was not picked either.

This is causing undue mental stress and affects my creditworthiness even when I have paid on time. I now request a formal update on the status of this EMI payment immediately.


If no satisfactory action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the RBI Ombudsman with all attached evidence, including:


  • ICICI bank transaction proof
  • ICICI’s confirmation of settlement with LICHFL
  • LIC’s payment failure receipt
  • Screenshots of emails and communication logs

Please treat this issue as urgent and respond at the earliest.
