Very disappointing experience with Aquaguard customer service. I purchased an Aquaguard water purifier only about a week ago, expecting proper installation support. When the technician contacted me, I was informed that they were on strike and that I had to install the purifier myself with the help of a local plumber.
Yesterday, I installed it with guidance through a video call from the technician. After installation, the purifier started overflowing water in my kitchen, creating a serious problem. When I contacted the Aquaguard customer executive from the Kanjirappally branch (contact number: 9061465568) for support, instead of helping me, he spoke very rudely and used inappropriate language. He even told me, “You are not the one paying my salary” and refused to take responsibility for the issue.
This is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand. A customer who has purchased a new product should receive proper installation support and respectful service, not negligence and rude behavior. I strongly recommend Aquaguard take immediate action and improve their customer service standards.
I hope my complaint is addressed and no other customer has to face this kind of experience.
