URBAN COMPANY technician came for issue in remote and created issue in compressor.
Initial issue was raised for remote not able to work. Technican came and told repair work in PCB is required. Came after 1 day with repaired PCB but unable to install it. After 3 hours he told he wont be able to fix it and senior technician will come. Senior technician came and told issue in compressor.
Urban Company is not assisting on this issue.
 
Yes it was perfectly fine. Cooling was chilled, we were just not able to control the AC using remote so the first technician who came from urban company told that pcb needs to be repaired.
If there was issue in compressor, dont you think that he would have notified or mentioned that to us or on the portal.

Also he clearly created some fault intentionally or unintentionally but he knew he did something that is why he dint ask for PCB repair cost. Why would he leave that repair cost if he was genuine or honest. He clearly corrupted the compressor.
 
Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Urban Company at resolve@urbancompany.com, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to replace/repair the defective AC at own cost.
