Dear Team,
I have been facing persistent issues with JIO Fiber internet service for the past two months, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. The only responses I’ve received are vague technical excuses and copy-pasted replies, which clearly indicate a lack of seriousness and accountability from Jio
I have paid for a service that is not being delivered as promised, especially in terms of the committed speed. After waiting this long, I am still experiencing the same slow speed issues, and not once have I received a valid resolution or even a proper escalation.
I have repeatedly asked Jio team to share a complaint ID, and this request has been ignored multiple times. Even the Appellate Team has responded with generic templates, without acknowledging or addressing the actual problem.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service and the way my concern has been handled. If I do not receive a concrete resolution and a valid complaint ID immediately, I will have no option but to escalate this further and file a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities still haven't heard any proper response from Jio.
