**Complaint:**

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Eureka Forbes for my Aquaguard water purifier. I purchased a **2-year AMC** (Annual Maintenance Contract) with the expectation of timely service and technician visits. However, my experience has been unacceptable.

**Details of the issue:** - Water stopped flowing (need filter replacement)
**Product:** Aquaguard Aura UV+UF Water Purifier
**Genuine AMC Duration:** Active Gold AMC for 2 Years (Paid in full) - Valid until 26th April 2026
**Complaint Reference Number:** - CM-090825-57004907
**Date of Initial Complaint:** - 9th Aug 2025
**Follow-ups Made:** Over 10 calls to customer service
**Current Status:** No technician visit, no resolution

Despite repeated assurances from the customer service team, no action has been taken. I have received no updates, no technician visit, and no explanation for the delay. This violates the terms of the AMC, which promised regular maintenance and prompt service.

I am now requesting one of the following:
1. **Immediate resolution** of my complaint with a technician visit within 48 hours
2. **Full refund** of my AMC amount due to breach of service agreement

If Eureka Forbes fails to act, I will escalate this issue further through legal channels and social media platforms.
