Dear Airtel Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a persistent network connectivity issue that has remained unresolved since 13 February 2026.

Despite calling customer care on a daily basis, the issue has not been resolved. Each time I contact support, I am assured that the problem will be fixed within 12 hours; however, no resolution has been provided to date.

I have also spoken with approximately five different managers regarding this matter. Multiple service requests have been generated, but instead of resolving the issue, new tickets are being created repeatedly without any concrete action. For your reference, below are the ticket numbers:

This email serves as my final request for immediate resolution. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court.

I request urgent intervention and a permanent resolution at the earliest.
