Dear National Consumer Helpline Team, I am writing to report a serious case of financial cheating and tax evasion by the authorized TVS dealer BALDAU TVS, Baldau Motors Rss Medical collage ke pass Baldev, Mathura-2813031 Here are the exact details of my case: 1. WhatsApp Quotation from TVS Dealer: ₹1,46,000 (Insurance cost shown: ₹11,625) 2. Amount Taken by Dealer: ₹1,47,500 (They issued a manual receipt book with their official stamp for this full amount). 3. Actual Insurance Policy Issued: ₹9,794 (Policy Number: 22300031260161153976) The Frauds Committed by the Dealer: • Overcharging: The dealer charged me ₹1,500 more than the official quotation. Insurance Margin Scam: The dealer collected ₹11,625 for insurance but issued a policy worth only ₹9,794, pocketing ₹1,831 illegally. And the name is incorrect in the policy as well. • No Tax Invoice: The dealer has refused to give me a proper computer-generated GST Tax Invoice (Bill) and only gave a manual hand receipt. • Pressure for Cancellation: Now, after getting caught, the dealer is forcing me to cancel my current active insurance policy to cover up their fraud, which puts my vehicle at financial risk on the road. My Demand: The dealer has cheated me and, I demand an immediate cash/bank refund of my Money and my legal computer GST Tax Invoice. I request TVS Motor Company and NCH to look into this matter immediately and take strict action against this dealership. (Attached are screenshots of the WhatsApp Quotation, Manual Receipt of ₹1,47,500, and the delivered Insurance Policy).

As per your submission, you purchased a TVS Apache RTR 160 Disc 2V and the following financial irregularities were committed by the dealer:

- The official WhatsApp quotation showed a total of ₹1,46,000, but you were charged ₹1,47,500 — an overcharge of ₹1,500 with no justification.
- The insurance amount shown in the quotation was ₹11,625, but the actual policy issued (Policy No. 22300031260161153976) is worth only ₹9,794 — meaning the dealer illegally pocketed ₹1,831 as an insurance margin.
- The name on the insurance policy has also been incorrectly entered.
- Despite collecting the full amount, the dealer has refused to provide a proper computer-generated GST tax invoice and issued only a manual hand receipt, which is a violation of GST regulations.
- After being confronted, the dealer is now pressuring you to cancel your existing active insurance policy to cover up the fraud, which puts your vehicle at serious financial and legal risk.

The total financial loss amounts to ₹3,331, and you are demanding a full refund of the overcharged amount along with a proper GST tax invoice.
