I am writing to bring attention to serious allegations of financial misconduct and fees fraud by MyGradez (Registered Address: #552, 2nd Floor, 16th Main, 15th Cross, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102).


Key Concerns:

  1. Fees Fraud: Multiple students including me affected, I paid fees of Rs 64296.08/- to Mygradez on 27-Dec-2024 for the Azure DevOps course, about 40~50 students are affected
  2. Misrepresentation: The company continued enrolling students while allegedly vacating its office (Google Maps proof), raising questions about operational integrity.
  3. Lack of Accountability: Directors, including CEO Pranav Kumar (LinkedIn), COO Rahulram R R (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahulram-r-147b541b1/), and CTO Janakar Ganesan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/janakar-ganesan-60695062/) , have failed to address these issues despite repeated attempts by affected parties.
Need help with:
  • Return of the fees 64296.08/-
  • A public explanation from MyGradez leadership regarding these allegations.
  • Regulatory intervention to investigate potential fraud and unethical business practices.

This matter warrants urgent attention from labor authorities, legal bodies, and the broader professional community. I urge affected individuals to come forward and relevant authorities to hold MyGradez accountable.
