I am writing to bring attention to serious allegations of financial misconduct and fees fraud by MyGradez (Registered Address: #552, 2nd Floor, 16th Main, 15th Cross, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102).
Key Concerns:
Job agreement was signed as well but now the signed webpage is not accessible. Please refer the screenshots attached for confirmation.
This matter warrants urgent attention from labor authorities, legal bodies, and the broader professional community. I urge affected individuals to come forward and relevant authorities to hold MyGradez accountable.

I am writing to bring attention to serious allegations of financial misconduct and fees fraud by MyGradez (Registered Address: #552, 2nd Floor, 16th Main, 15th Cross, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102).
Key Concerns:
- Fees Fraud: Multiple students including me affected, I paid fees of Rs 64296.08/- to Mygradez on 27-Dec-2024 for the Azure DevOps course, about 40~50 students are affected
- Misrepresentation: The company continued enrolling students while allegedly vacating its office (Google Maps proof), raising questions about operational integrity.
- Lack of Accountability: Directors, including CEO Pranav Kumar (LinkedIn), COO Rahulram R R (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahulram-r-147b541b1/), and CTO Janakar Ganesan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/janakar-ganesan-60695062/) , have failed to address these issues despite repeated attempts by affected parties.
