Dear Meesho Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention that I have not received my refunds for the following orders, even though the app shows Pickup Complete, Refund Started, and Refund Success:

Order Details:

Order ID: 221104294925279939
Product: Fancy Fashionable Women Dress
Refund Amount: ₹291
Pickup Completed: 24 Nov
Refund Status: Refund Started & Success on 24 Nov

Order ID: 221104294925279937
Product: New Fancy Adorable Afghani Baby Dress
Refund Amount: ₹266
Pickup Completed: 21 Nov
Refund Status: Refund Started & Success on 21 Nov

Issue:

I have added multiple valid bank accounts in my Meesho account. All bank details are active, correct, and working.
However, the refund has not been credited to any of my bank accounts till now.

Since Meesho allows refund to any valid bank account linked to the user, I request you to please:

Verify the refund attempts made for the above orders.

Confirm which bank account the refund was sent to.

Re-initiate the refund immediately to any of my valid linked bank accounts if the previous attempt failed.

I have attached the screenshots for your verification, showing the pickup completion and refund success messages.

I kindly request you to resolve this matter at the earliest as the refund has been pending for many days.
