On 30th May 2025, I bought a rechargeable fun which is-
1. Used product
2. Battery life is too short as compared to claimed
Since, 6th June I am trying to return it but didn't get the product return option at orders tag of amazon app. On 8th June, through customer support option in orders tag of amazon app. This product was bought on EMIs, and my EMI bill will be raised on 12th June, Thus I request them to schedule my return and initiate my refund that I can save my EMI and processing fees from Bank. As a response, I was told that this is new product, and its return pickup can be schedule on 26th June and you will have to pay your processing fee and EMI charges. Even though a lot request they are not initiating my refund, and I was forced to pay the processing fee and EMIs charges. Now seeking your help to get my refund including processing fees and penalties.
9th is last to return the product, and I have been trying from 6th and from amazon executive I have told that you are not doing the return within timelines
