FundFlow Loan App and Incorrect CIBIL Reporting
I had previously taken a loan through the FundFlow loan application. The application is no longer available, and I am unable to find any official link or legitimate platform through which I can verify or repay the loan.
The loan is currently being reported on my CIBIL credit report, but I believe the FundFlow application was a fraudulent/unregulated loan app. I am willing to repay any genuine outstanding principal amount, but I need complete and verified details of the actual lender, loan agreement, outstanding amount, and a legitimate repayment channel.
I request you to investigate this matter and verify whether this loan account was legally reported to CIBIL. If the account was reported fraudulently or without proper authorization, please arrange for its immediate correction/removal from my credit report.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the RBI, the concerned credit bureau, and the appropriate cybercrime authorities.
Please provide me with a written response and all relevant loan/account details
