Sub: Complaint regarding encroachment of space earmarked for road widening
I wish to bring to your kind notice that Madhupala Ventures developed a layout in Nandigama under the name Lakshmi My Jewel City. A copy of the approved layout is enclosed herewith for your reference. The layout was approved by the Sarpanch of Nandigama Gram Panchayat on 25.04.1996.
There are 28 plots facing the old Bangalore–Hyderabad Highway. The developer
Sunkoj Suresh cell 8019333333....
had laid a 33-feet-wide road in front of these plots and also earmarked an additional area for proposed road widening as per the master plan for future expansion.
However, it has come to our notice that certain activities are presently taking place to encroach upon the area earmarked for road widening. This is illegal and against public interest, as the said space is meant for road expansion and is government property.
I therefore request you to kindly take immediate action to stop such encroachments and ensure that the area earmarked for road widening is protected. Any inaction may result in loss to the government, the public, and the affected plot owners along the highway.
