You will not get any resolution from Vibecraft (parent company Wishbag Online Pvt. Ltd.). They are north Indians. They advertised 'one thing at an attractive price. And then send you an inferior replica or defective item. They will readily accept fault and ask for apologies. Then they inform a pick-up will happen. The apologies on why pick-up has not happened. This goes on for weeks. All delaying tactics. And buyers who are genuine and other work, will forget. Few buyers who persist, may get a refund. These are north Indians, so be careful.
