Vimansafar has Changed Fully Refundable Air tickets -- 4 no. Delhi - Indore Date of Journey 25-07-2026 ( Booked on 17-07-2026)-- Non refundable
Full amount paid by using Mobile no. 9893256418 & my credit card . As tickets not issued by Vimansafar , my Wife on called on Vimansafar from her mobile . During discussion they changed Fully Refundable tickets to Non Refundable without taking consent from Authorised Mobile / Email
We had to cancel tickets because of Landslides & heavy rains on road -- Leh - Kargil - Srinagar - Jammu. On 20th July 2026 we all 4 were in Leh & to reach Jammu on 24-07-2026 by Road from Leh to Jammu halting in between at different places on the Route . Due to Govt. appeal for Not to travel on Leh- Srinagar route , we to cancel air ticket & returned to Indore directly from Leh to Indore on 21-07-2026
Unauthorized Contract Modification – Vimansfar speaking to my wife (when she called from her mobile to
know why tickets not issued even after credit full amount to Vimansafar )while we were travelling in Sissu (HP),
informed her that only two tickets could be confirmed. Despite her request to either issue all four tickets or
refund the full amount, your agent refused both options. This constitutes an unauthorized alteration of a fully
paid contract without my consent.
Coercion and Duress – Under pressure and threat of losing our travel arrangements, my wife was forced into
an involuntary verbal agreement. This was done without authorization from the registered mobile/email
used for booking, violating consumer rights.
Fraudulent Downgrade of Ticket Class – The tickets purchased as “fully refundable” were illegally
downgraded to “non-refundable/partially refundable,” with misleading claims of “adjusting extra amount paid. ”
Further it was confirmed by your agent that all 4 tickets are refundable
Illegal Withholding of Funds – Following cancellation,
