I have purchased a Whirlpool AC from khusro Bokaro Jharkhand act 31500 it was 6 years ago there were compressor warranty of 10 years now compressor is not working I have registered a complaint on Whirlpool service centre they said that this service will be resolve within 10 days. it's been 40 days now I have not received any update regarding service. As per confirmation from Whirlpool that the parts will not be available right now. it's 46° temperature outside and in my family there is a kid who is having serious health issue doctor advice me to keep in a safe and cool environment now I am struggling here and I'm not able to do anything.
