I have ordered for accessories to LVAC VOICE PRO VAC N MOP ROBOTICS VACUUM CLEANER on 22nd Sept 2026 through Eureka forbes website. Wrong and unrelevant accessories delivered to me on 28th Septemptember. Complaint raised to customer care and further escalated to grievance desk. No response till today. 33 days completed. No action. Device getting damaged. Several mails sent. Curstomer care/onlineshopping/grievance desk personnel calling me to know the facts. but not resolving. Suffering with much mental agony. Why the wrongly delivered accessories not replaced? why this much delay?
